The after-sales service within the framework of the quality approach has set itself the objective:
  1. A response time on the phone or on site less than 12 hours;
  2. A repair time for equipment of less than 72 hours in Dakar and 1 week in the regions.
TECHNOLOGIES SERVICES has a total fleet of 1584 equipments of which 418 have been installed in the last three years.
